City Fishing
If you live in the city like I do you might think that you have to go out of town to go fishing but thats not true actually most ponds in your neighborhood such as park ponds and jogging ponds are actually legal to fish in and have lots of little or big fish that are fun to fish for. Heres a very helpful site to help you find out what ponds you can fish in and what type of fish are in them. http://www.fishexplorer.com/

Tree Fishing
When I was about six I went fishing with my family and caught no fish but I did catch a hole tree! I would cast out then reel in and I caught a tree branch every time I cast for about twenty casts Then finally I figured out to move over and guess what no tree branch! Its crazy how a couple yards can make such a difference.

Ice fishing
Last weekend I was introduced to ice fishing with quads and snowmobiles This is a big improvement to the "pulling your sled out by hand technique" especially when fishing on larger lakes. Other advantages I have found to pulling your sled with snowmobiles or quads is you don't have to pack as light because there is nothing worse than running out of food or propane while on the ice. To me this is the best way to ice fish and I would strongly recommend it.
